SHIPPING POLICY
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Tracking information is provided via email once the order has shipped.
Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our team works diligently to ensure that your order is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the following timelines:

Orders Shipped with Overseas Warehouses:
- If your order is fulfilled from one of our overseas warehouses, you can expect delivery within 7 business days.

Orders Shipped without Overseas Warehouses:
- If your order is not fulfilled from one of our overseas warehouses, the delivery time will be within 5-10 business days. We strive to minimize the wait time for international shipments, ensuring that your items arrive as swiftly as possible.
Shipping Terms
The following terms apply when there has been a delay in shipment due to the following terms:
If you failed to receive the shipment due to one of the following situations then you must pay any additional occurred charges:

- The consignee is absent when the shipping company delivers the package.

- Provided Telephone Number might be used by the shipping company or us but we failed to get through.
1. In any or all of the cases above, the shipping company should usually inform you that they visited your address to deliver a package but you were unavailable. The Shipping Company also usually inform you about how you can retrieve the package. The shipping company may also provide the time they will hold the package for you (Usually 7 days) before it gets sent back to the sender (Us).
2. The above situations and processes and policy adopted by the shipping company are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility should the above act(s) not take place. Any additional charges made by the shipping company for any reason must be paid by you to retrieve your package.
3. If the package remains undelivered due to an intervention of legal authority or death in the family, a photocopy of supporting documents as proof is required in order for us to provide a full or partial refund.
4. If the package is delivered to you and you refuse to sign when the package reaches the door without a reasonable reason, the package will get sent back to us immediately. any incurred charges by us will be taken out of your order
